Flying with China Southern? Important safety reminder!
The following items are strictly prohibited in checked luggage — and some not allowed on the plane at all:
Power banks – Allowed in carry-on if ≤100Wh and clearly labeled. Spare lithium batteries – Must be insulated and carried in cabin only.
E-cigarettes & vape cartridges – Cabin only. 
Never in checked bags.
Matches & lighters – Completely prohibited. You cannot bring them in carry-on or checked luggage.
Please double-check your bags before flying!
